Help identify this possible Panther/Oustalet

Panther x Oustalet hybrid
She's a female. And no it's not mine, I found her on CL, I already told the guy she def has MBD, some of the other pics he sent me it looks worse...but overall the MBD symptoms look minor. I would buy her or adopt her so she has a better home if he will lower his price, or she is an Oustalet x Panther, because I've been trying hard to find one of those. He doesn't know what she is, and I had to tell him female. I'll send pic of her tail for verification. This is the best pic of the tail he sent me, but you can see the MBD a little more here as well.

He also said he use to own a pet store and fed her really well and didn't know about the MBD.....

Yes, it does look like a female as she looks of decent size and no bulge that the males have. I have seen worse MBD, but her front legs look pretty curvy in that one picture and the last picture you posted it is also in her back legs as you noted. He might have fed her well, but he neglected to incorporate enough calcium or uvb or maybe both to cause this. It's scary he owned a pet store and doesn't know about MBD. How old is she supposed to be?
Yeah, I'm not sure if I believe the owning a pet store bit. He said he's had her 8mo, and guesses she's prob 10-11mo But yeah signs of MBD on front and back legs, the other pics he sent of her front legs it didn't look quite as bad. It worries me about getting a chameleon with signs of MBD though, but I know I'd take good care of her so there's that too.
I'd just really like to know what kind of Panther she is, or if there is a possibility of her being an Oustalet x Panther hybrid. Because googling all types of panthers, and Panther x Oustalet hybrids, she looks just like most of the Panther x Oustalet hybrids, and the closest female Panther I could find that looked similar was a blue bar.

I don't have a clue I just wanna say I really hope you get her she so pretty and deserves a real home can't believe how anyone could not no about mbd like don't everyone have Google it's one of the first things to come up when you look up cham care and if the guy is not going to take the proper steps to ensure her health he should just give her to someone like yourself who will lol I kno this has nothing to do with your thread bad owners just make me mad
I completely agree, and I feel he should really just give her away to a good owner who will take care of her...but he's asking a lot, and doesn't seem negotiable, so more than likely he will try and get as much money as he can and try to sell her to someone who's never had a chameleon and knows nothing about MBD.

Apart of what has already been said, we cannot really tell what locale she could be. Females can look all the same and without knowing the linage it is almost impossible.
You think there's a chance she's an Oustalet x Panther hybrid? Or does anyone else have any ideas or think she could be a hybrid? I've spent sever hours researching images of female panthers, and Panther x Oustalet hybrid....based on all the pics I've seen she looks to me like a hybrid over all the female Panther Pics I could find.

I do not know if she is a hybrid.
Someone told me once hybrids cannot reproduce.

I would doubt she's a known hybrid Panther x Oustelet. They are rare enough that's it's quite an event when they are available. More likely, she's a hybrid of different Panther locales. Knowing which without knowing lineage is impossible.
I wouldn't buy her as a breeder - buy her as a beautiful animal that would make a good addition to your home.

I would buy her to save and to add in my green green house or indoor roaming area. But when backwater reptiles had their batch of hybrids it was abt the same time this girl was born. And from all the pics he sent me and the pics I've found of the hybrids from backwater she looks just like them...but I don't know a lot about all the different Panther locales, so that's why I was wanting opinions.

Its going to be hard to tell as stated above with her current situation she wont show all her colors. Such as receptive or non receptive colors due too stress. My female blue bar will some times show more black bars when shes non receptive and doesn't always show the pink or orange coloration as others often do When shes receptive it wasn't untill she saw a male for the first time that she displayed any color change at all has she layed eggs yet. She might be carrying them now
