Help my baby hybrid is sleeping a lot

I would say if he doesn't perk up tomorrow at all, especially if you try taking him outside for a few minute of sunshine, I would definitely send him back. Remember raising a chameleon baby at this age is not easy, which is why most breeders sell them at 4 months or older. 3 months ones can be sold but I personally would only do it if the baby was one of the healthiest of the bunch. Some species of chameleons I wouldn't even sell unless they were 6 months+. So I definitely wouldn't blame myself if I were you, just so you don't. Plenty of people have a hard time raising babies at this age. If you decide to get another one, or wait for this guy to get older, if you have to send him back, etc. Don't go for one under 4 months, my personal opinion.

I would move the cage away from the window. The light passing through the cage isn't going to provide him with UVB anyhow. It's possible the dogs are stressing it out or that it sees something through the window that is stressing it.

This has nothing to do with the eyes at this point but you do need to supplement as was already suggested. It's important to feed/gutload the insects well too.

TALKED TO THE BREEDER AND HE SAID HE NEEDS THE UVB AND HE SAID I NEED TO LEAVE THE UVB AND TURN THE BASKING OFF THAT HE WAS GETTING TOO HOT AS THE TEMPS HERE ARE IN THE WARMER SIDE I AM USING A 60 WATT BASKING BULB HE SAID I NEED 25 WATT SPAYED HIM TODAY AND HE CHANGED COLORS HE STILL HAS HIS PATTERN CHANGING BUT I REALLY HOPE HE IS OK

HE DOESNT SEEM TO BE DOING TO WELL I FEEL SO SAD IVE DONE EVERYTHING WRIGHT AND I DONT THINK HE IS GOING TO MAKE IT WONT MOVE OR OPEN HIS EYES

I noticed on the last picture you placed the light on the side of the cage. i would just place it so the light shines down. not directly in his face..its similar to having a flash light in your own eyes. Hope you get your buddy in better health. keep tabs on your breeder too, ask questions and see if they can help.

I agree he needs UVB but he needs an older one. I don't see anything wrong with getting a weaker basking light at the moment either. In my opinion this is the breeder's fault. 1 month is beyond too young, especially for a newer keeper like you.
