Help needed. Landlord spraying house for bugs

You know one of the worst experiences as a mother was when my baby was stung by a scorpion in Saudi Arabia in someone's house. It took a long time to find why he was crying so much. There ARE deadly scorpions in Saudi Arabia and he was my little baby....

I took him to the hospital and a friend was the attending emergency doctor. He told me in order to save his life he needed to amputate the leg. He was just joking, but he doesn't know how close he came to dying after I found out it was just a joke. Twenty one years later you can still see the scar of that tiny sting and I still respond viscerally when I remember that incident.

We have bark scorpions but not that one.


I don't think that is deadly unless you are allergic to them, are they?

Yep they are, That is the only scorpion is the US that is lethal, mostly to small children and elderly, but without antivenom or with enough stings they can kill a healthy adult.

The are very pretty though which sucks. This pic doesnt show it very well, but the babies shell is very transparent. Its still semi opaque but if you look close under bright light you can see there insides.

In my experience with them they are not so bad though. As even though they are poisonous they are not as agressive as most. My run ins with them they usually pay no mind to you, unless you mess with them. Where as the black scorpions will chase you down lol.

Huh, as a landlord myself let me tell you this is backwards.

True, the law s tilted in favor of the tenant in most cases.
