Hello, everyone. My chameleon just layed her first ever clutch of eggs a little while ago! She seems very exhausted and is protecting where she buried them. I was going to let her relax for tonight and was wondering if in the morning I should give her more crickets and food than I normally do? Thank you for any suggestions :D

Some female chamy will eat right away, and some don't so be observing n feed her accordingly,n like @brownie64 said ,make sure she drinks lots water ,since she lost during her laying process.
Thank you, she seems tired as of right now. I'm sure in the morning she'll be back with her old ways of eating and drinking then!

How is your girl? Egg laying is sometimes really hard on them. There is a reason females don't live as long as males. :(

Make sure he has lots to drink and extra calcium. Don't rely just on the dripper. I run a mister for many many minutes several times after my females lay eggs.

She seems to be doing good, I spray her cage about 2 to 3 times daily and I spray the crickets with a mist of water before she eats them. I'm giving her a little extra food and I'm dusting with calcium. She doesn't seem dehydrated, and she's moving around a little bit and basks under her lights. :)
