Soo I got little JD at about 4 months old and my reptile breeder was pretty sure he was a male, but I just saw her this week and showed her a picture of his color change over the past 2 months and now she is thinking JD is a female. I read a couple other threads about checking for the hemipenal bulge..which I'll do when I get home, but does anyone have any ideas? "He's" got a bit of orange now... Thanks! :)
oh and...excuse the quality of my camera phone..all the colors are brighter in person

She's pretty......

Not only is that a female but she is getting the peachy receptive colors. How old is she now? Just because she is receptive does not mean you should breed her yet. I've got a group of young Ambanja females who have totally receptive colors at 7 months. They will not be bred for quite some time. Now you have an excuse to buy your self a male :)

I,ve got 2 female Nosy Be's and they look exactly like yours, I would definitley say...Female.

Thanks Everyone! I guess that was easier than I thought...

She's right around 6 months now, and no laying bin since I thought she was a male...is there anything special I need to do for her now? I'll go search through other posts but, If anyone wants to post suggestions here that would be great :) I have other reptiles but I'm new to chams.
