Laying bins should be made of half and half of sand and organic dirt. Slightly moist so when they dig the tunnel won't collapse. They generally need lots of privacy and have to be able to get in and out on their own to use it. A sign of being ready to lay is not eating or drinking

Ok I will get a laying bin set up, she has not stopped eating or drinking! How often should she be laying?!

Well that really depends on how much you want to spend. Top of the line are arcadia bulbs which last a year and you can get them from lightyourreptiles.com zoomed 5.0 uvb bulbs would be fine too

You're laying bin needs to be at least 12 inches deep the soil should be organic and wet enough to hold a tunnel with out it collapsing . You want a plant or branch running to bottom in the event she digs deep and it was to collapse she could get out .

Avg is every 90-120 days but there's always variables to that. Keeping her cooler or feeding her less could reduce laying however that is a debated topic

No. You can tell if she has eggs, it will feel like jelly beans in her belly when you feel her

this is Frances you can see the color difference . Frances does not have her big girl colors . Some times they don't get the big girl colors or it can happen over night .

You're girl is very pretty to . Frances is doing great . She had a very rough start . @Nursemaia has been a huge part of that . I have learned so much on here . You make those few changes and take the advice on here and you will get her on track .

I don't have much advice to add, unfortunately. Definitely take any advice from the experienced chameleon gods on here, they are an incredible resource! I do have to add that my girl went from just a little bit stand offish to almost evil as she approached laying and it seems like your girl might be following the same pattern. Unfortunately her opinion of me isn't improved as of yet, but we're working on it...
