Got my chameleon, Lola a little over a month ago. She has shed her skin once and doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. The place we got her from said that if we don't make sure she's getting more food and water that she won't last over a year. What else can I feed her to help her gain weight and to be truly healthy. I feed her crickets and wax worms and occasionally romaine but she doesn't enjoy it too much. I also have a orchid in her cage that she could snack on but she doesn't

Also, I have a water dripper in her cage that drips lightly and I spray her cage 3 + times a day is that enough water? And I feed her 6 crickets in the morning and 2 wax works occasionally. but I'm going to increase the cricket amount.

You can try Dubai roaches and the occasional super worm. Also hornworms are super tasty to them and silk worms. You can also get some Phoenix worms and let them turn into solider flies. And if you wait out the wax worms and supers they'll turn into moths and beetles. As far as water, how long is the misting sessions?

Please answer the questions in the how to ask for help thread at the top of the health forum. Include supplements that you use and how often for each and include what you use to feed/gutload the insects with. Do you use a uvb light and whats the basking temperature? Please be SPECIFIC.
