everytime my cham has came out recently its been trying to hump my hand ALOT, i felt something hard sticking so i pulled it out as it seemed it was irratating him, 2 of these things came out similar size what are they? should i be concerned

Looks like it could be a sperm plug with some extra poop attached! I'm not 100% sure, but that seems normal to me. How is he behaving now?

he was as low as he could go on my bed moving backwards underneath my pillow then i put him in his cage and he was going about everywhere fairly fast now he's back out and up on the ropes on my roof acting normal, i think he was happy when it came out as it was pretty big and hard

Looks dehydrated and possibly impacted. I would fill out the help form at the top of the health clinic. There is a sticky you copy and paste

In the future, don't pull those out. You could cause damage. It is best to do long misting sessions and soften them up so that come out on their own.
