Blood in her stool, as in a blood clot? Sounds like a gastrointestinal injury, not good. Hopefully the vet can do something.

It seemed to be more like constipation and she was pushing so hard bc it was blood drops

Any improvements, and did you manage to get her to a vet?
She seems like she is in alot of pain and really needs you to rush her to a vet or an exotic pet hospital. Hope she recovers and starts eating and gaining her strength back.
