Hi there. I am not seeing anything swollen. There is an angle to the front right unless it is the way she is holding it. What UVB and supplements are you using for her?
Im using a basic bulb with 60w. Im using multivitamin and calcium, i use both twice to 3 times a week. I feed her 3 times a day so one day I use calcium the other multivitamin.

Are you using a long linear UVB bulb on top of the cage? May I see a picture of the cage with the lighting? She may have MBD starting so I want to make sure you have the right info.

For the supplements can you take a pic of the front labels so I can see exactly which ones you are using. Most multivitamins should only be used 2 times a month. Then you want a calcium without D3 used at all other feedings.

How many feeders are you giving her a day and how old is your little girl?

I used to have the long linear but recently had to get rid of it because it kept burning the material around it. Now I switched to a basic round bulb since I am making my girl a free range and Im still figuring out how id place the lights.
Your chameleon looks good to me!
please post photos of the supplement containers you’re using so we can see the ingredients.

So depending on your lighting it may not be correct. If you are using a mercury vapor bulb you want to purchase a solarmeter 6.5 to test the uvi level. It should not be higher than 3.0. The danger with these bulbs is they produce intense heat. With a female you really have to be careful of temps because this will increase her metabolism making her hungrier. We recommend a reduced basking temp of 80F for females and reduced food intake as they start to mature.

It sounds like there was an issue with your linear light. They do not burn like that.

For your supplements. The calcium is without D3. So you would use this at all feedings. The multivitamin would then be used 2 times a month say the 1st and the 15th. It has both D3 and A in it which are fat soluble so you can actually overdose a cham with them. This is why you will only use it 2 times a month.

Have you found chameleon academy to read through?
