Haha. I do need to come up with some ideas for tongue shots while I still have some mantises. You should get another Lab. You won't regret it.When I read the title I couldn't wait to click on the thread and see what you posted! Was thinking, now what kind of tongue shot has he captured this time??! Fooled me!!! Great pic and I love your dog! I have a soft spot for labs as I had a yellow male that was just an awesome fellow. He passed away quite a few years ago, but I will always remember him fondly.
Thanks.Gosh, I wish I knew how to do what you do with a camera!
These two took right to each other immediately. I suppose it depends on the dog more than anything. The only thing I worry about with my dog is that he is so big...105 pounds, and he might move a paw too quickly or something and harm my cham, but I am always right there when they are together. I bet he would still be fine if I was free ranging, though.CUTE!!!
My BF and I wanted to get a dog... But we ended up getting a veiled... And then another.. And another.. And now we have 33 babies.
I still would LIKE to have a dog... But he said we'd have to get rid of the kids (chams). LIKE HECK I WILL! This proves dogs and chams can live together!
Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to juggle the hatchlings, 3 adults, crested geckos (2 adults, 2 juvi, 1 hatchling, and one on the way) along with 2 jobs!
AND I wanted a panther! Haha! So I envy you.
Thank you. I had to play around with the lighting for longer than I should have. I took a very similar pic of a snail on my dog's nose so that they were looking at each other, not that long ago and I couldn't remember exactly what I did for the lighting.Beautiful. Your photography is fabulous! Good sharpness all around but still some beautiful soft looking fur in the dog just...phew I hope I could compare someday
Haha. Ok, well here's a Barbie one you probably haven't seen. They were both just really glad to see each other.Your pictures are about the only thing my husband gets interested to see on this forum. I just tell him that the Barbie pic guy posted again and he comes to check it out. Sorry that you are known that way, but we both get a real kick out of your photos!
I'd love to, but not totally sure how to go about it. Probably would need some backers or something. Looks like it would cost around $100 just to do one. Of course the price drops the more that is printed.I love the snail one ALL your pics are GREAT !!
still waiting for you to publish that coffee table book
Thanks everyone. Glad you enjoy them.

Thanks. Haha....yeah, I need to get that doll head back out and take some more creepy pics.what about a calendar first, then the book - the calendar could raise the funds for the book
seriously, I would get one - I am sure others would - your pics are some of the most unique , best quality I have ever seen - except leave out the creepy one of the baby head- the seed of my nightmares - - JK !!
funny how that is the one I remember most
Thank you for the ideas. I will definitely look into it.Run a Kickstarter campaign - they can be pretty good and on this forum I know you'd raise the money for the book in no time. PM me if you have questions - I've never run one myself, but my husband has contributed to about 6 of them and it's really neat. Alternatively you can turn to Kiva.org, which is a micro-lending site. People would lend you the $ and you'd pay them back over the period of a year or 2.
Thanks for the other Barbie pic - when he wakes up I'm going to show my hubby, but I love it!
