Heres the female I decided to keep after getting messed around too much, Im glad I kept her now as she is turning out amazing!

You should get some Ankaramy Kev, very beautiful locale and hard to find in the UK. Ill certainly get some if you breed them, or, Ill get an unrelated pair and we can work on them together?

Thanks mate, notice the 2 white marks behind her eyes/cheeks. I see this in all Faly females, males too actually! Seems like one of their trademarks so to speak and certainly a good way of telling its a faly female.

And about the white mark I've been saying the same thing for a while now but I had such an argument about the rostral thing I didn't even bring it up lol but yes I see what you are talking about also I have only owned two falys a male and a female the rest is from pics so I keep my theory to my self. but excellent observation can't wait to see what comes from her an Thor

Thanks guys, she sure is a stunner, I just wish she wasnt so small for her age, but Im sure she'll catch up at some point!

The white markings are so obvious in these, I cant believe it hasnt been picked up on before. The rostral can be an awkward one to try to use as an argument as theyre very similar to Ambanja with the long slender head and rostral. Females from Ambanja are often confused with Faly, but the white markings on the face are a certain way of telling them apart!

Thank you, I totally agree with her showing traits from Storm, just check out the red rain! She even has the turquoise blue like he had. To be honest though, I was in 2 minds as to wether or not she was a female, or a late blooming male, but theres absolutely no sign of a hemipenis so I can only say female. I suppose she could suprise me one day and turn into a he, but I doubt it! lol

Yeah, the whole clutch were the same for some reason. Theyre perfectly healthy apart from being on the small side. I cant wait for them to grow and its great that the new owners are keeping me updated on their progression! Once they start to get their colours coming through properly and get some size to them Ill start a new thread so everyone can watch them grow too!
