Holy leaf 😳

Some great plants and wonderful dogs 👍🏻
Kids, dogs, chameleon, and koi. That’s my home alright!

I don’t know why I feel bad about trimming my plants. At a certain point more isn’t better and it inhibits your cham’s mobility within the enclosure. Plus you’re absolutely right, it’s healthy to trim the higher plants and give the lower plants some light. I learned how to propagate new pothos plants from clippings and then thought what the heck am I doing? A mature pothos with long vines is $15.00 US by the end of summer!
I feel bad too. But then I feed trimmings to isopods and it makes them happy.

I do exactly the same with it, creating new leaf litter for the CuC. However, they only start eating them once the leaf is drying out, they don’t eat fresh leafs.
