How do I post a video???

I have a video that I put on photobucket that I would like to share. How do I only post that video and not the whole photobucket access for all my albums? I am obviously not a computer guy.

Just put the youtube video number within this: [YOUTUBE] here [/YOUTUBE].

That video number would be the k60keIkdEs&hl in the <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/_k60keIkdEs&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/_k60keIkdEs&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

He mentioned photobucket, not YT. Im not sure if brad and company have custom coded any tags to support photobucket.. im sure one of them will chime in shortly tho!

Oops, sorry, you're right. I think youtube is the only option at the moment.
