How much real sunlight should my chameleon have?

Hey everybody, I am still fairly new to the chameleon world and I am learning more and more everyday

I have a 9 week old male Veiled chameleon and his name is Kiddo.

How often should I take him out for some real sunlight?
How long should we be out there for?

I do provide him a shaded area and a sunlight area when I do bring him outside.

As long as temps are good u can not get enough sunlight its the best thing for them! They can't overdose on sunlight but they can from D3 supplement. so cut down the d3 dusting if hes gonna be outside more than a couple hrs a day.
