I try to keep mine between 70 or 80% it seems to work well for them

i see that you live in washington. unless you have a dehumidifier in the room your local humidity along with your 2-3 sprayings a day will be sufficient. to much humidity all the time will cause fungus and uri's.

we live in eastern washington, its a lot more arid than on the west side

what is normal humidity for your area? i did a quick look at spokane, washingtons humidity and they are suitable conditions. VC's like daily, variable humidity conditions.

I'm not really sure what it usually is here. We just moved to Spokane like five months ago. I lived on the west side for almost 20 years and it is noticeably dryer here. We visited the west side a few weeks ago and shortly after getting into Seattle we were sweating from the added humidity. Dory loved it on the west side. She was showing her relaxed and happy colors alot more when we were there.
