We're fighting?

BACK ON DISCUSSION..
I am still waiting a response. I will get one soon most likely

EDIT i just got one
No you just don't know the facts.
"know more than you" how old are you 15?
we rain chamber the animals 3 times daily we mist them all day we hand feed them roaches and silkworms, the water in the cage is for enviornmental humidty not for drinking and the superworms are for moving stimuli to encourage eating you didn't ask like a man so you don't know, you act like a child so I'll treat you like one. I might have welcomed your help now I reject it because you are a condesending, arrogant fool.

This is what i said after

Listen i did not mean to get you mad. Its just that some of the chameleons look dehydrated and can use a bit of help and i am willing to help out if you want. Sorry i jumper to conclusions about the water dish but you guys can get live plants in there to because they are good for humidity and melleri like high humidity. I just feel sorry for the one with the bent horn that just wants out his cage. My intention was just to offer help and im not 15 im actually younger but it doesn't matter. I am very knowledgeable for my age about chameleons. I have a female veiled and a pair of pygmy chameleons plus 41 veield eggs and 1 pygmy egg incubating.

Wow-what TERRIBLE customer service from this store. There are nice ways to say things, and then truly terrible ways to say things. And this is apparently a MANAGER? Ouch. Again, this makes me want to see people shape up, or go out of business. My opinion-I realize-but this looks like something for the BOI-people deserve to know what they are buying and who they are buying from.

I have yet to recieve a response because when the owner of that store is faced with a real challenge, he lowers back into his little cave and backs down. If I do not recieve a response I will be sending another e-mail and plan on making a trip there on wednesday.

let me know how that goes. and talk to him about it

there add on kingsnake was taken down. We lost our meller last week. I would totally welcome these guys into our home. I miss our giant.

Ryan started the place years ago as Box of Snakes. He however got caught up in the situation with Strictly Reptiles and did some jail time, found god etc etc. I'm not 100% sure he still owns the place but they still have a wholesale/importer mentality there. That and the prices online are always different than in the store. They had a G. hamiltonii there listed for $250 on kingsnake but $395 in the store. I even asked them if it was the same turtle and they said yes lol.

As a pretty much reptile oriented store you have to wonder how they get it so wrong.

(Copy paste of their response to Stefan in my e-mail.)

Do you recall sending this e-mail? Well I was relayed this e-mail from someone else on an online forum, and your stores name has been flying around on it. So, please share, where is your rain chamber? I went in to your store the other day to pick up some N.cinera and asked if you had silkworms in, and your answer was you no longer get those in. Environmental humidity! Come on! A water dish wont do crap for a cage like yours, do you have any humidifiers? Anything? I am trying to get the facts, I understand (unlike the previous sender) that you are a Pet store, and you can't do everything, but I have an extremely hard time believing you are doing what you claim to do for these animals? I would like to purchase one of your melleri, at a discounted price however because there is no way I would pay full price for an animal in such a state. Roaches huh? Do you have a permit for those? On our online forum we have atleast 4 people in your area and all of them are willing to take larger measures, ( SPCA ), I myself think that is quite ridiculous and just want to know what is really going on with those chameleons. I know you guys are in it for the money, (your crickets aren't worth 12cents sorry) and I can understand that, but dont lose respect for the animals in your care, it is more than likely that those melleri will take a while to sell, so why not take care of them so you dont LOSE money on them? You do know that they are often referred to as the 90 day chameleon. Also, how are you able to sex them, have you had them probed, because there is no known way to sex them. Do you want to call me a condescending fool that doesn't know his facts, because I will prove you wrong. Or are you just going to ignore my e-mail (like my last) because you won't confront your error?

They listed Rh.spectrum as $25 online but $50 in the store. I confronted them and they agreed to give me the price that they claimed to sell it for online.

Is this the first time anyone has seen WC chameleons? Seriously. This is not the first time chameleons are being treated sub-par, nor will it be the last. From what it sounds to me, this is not a horrible, dire situation. Don't support the wild caught trade by buying or rescuing (if that's what you need to tell yourself) these animals.

I have to close this thread. Any disagreements or conflicts about businesses need to be taken to the BOI. http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=13

Thank you.
