I found how to keep greens fresh for my veiled!

Apologies if this is common knowledge but I thought it might be useful to others-
I found my darling veiled wasn't that bothered about eating his greens if they wilted- which they do in minutes- so now everyday when he goes out in his glasshouse- which he just loves- he loves the space and exercise but he sits and soaks up the sun - I put an orchid stem holder in there, fill it with water and push fresh greens through the little lid which has a hole- the plants stay fresh all day most of the day without wilting- this was afternoon and they had run out of water a little but certainly for 4-6 hours they are great and he's been munching on them.
You can get those stem holders from a friendly florist for free or get them from ebay, they work very well, I just cable tie one on here and there.

I do something similar for my stick insects XD do not usually have veileds to the phase where they will eat plant matter so this is good to know it works for them too.
