i don't think he looks too bad at all, considering he's been AWAL for 2+ months!!!! he just needs a few groceries!!!!!! :) i'm sooo happy for you!!!!!

I'm curious too! I was going to feed him what he would normaly get 5-7 adult crickets a day rather than every other day until he starts to look healthy again.
 
I guess what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! LOL! We all want to see a pic of this little surviver asap!!!

Ah, I see the pic! Awe he is pretty but skinny! I am sure you will fatten him up in no time. It is amazing that he made it and did not get eaten by a snake or something. I can see why you saw his "big head" Thank god for their casques!!!

Many years ago, my young Senegal disappeared from a dwarf nectarine tree in my backyard. It was my foolishness to have run indoors briefly to use the bathroom.
That was at the end of May or the beginning of June.
I searched and searched to no avail and was both heartbroken and angry with myself.
In late September, I was picking raspberries in my yard and when I pushed aside one plant to reach the next , there was my little Senegal--who was now about twice the size he had been. He was within 10 feet of where he had been "lost".
I'm glad to hear of happy endings and hope that your cham is found before the cold weather arrives.
 
I know!! After about 3 weeks of searching I thought he either died from the heat or by a predator around here. I guess he can live outside forever now :D Of course he'll be in a much secure cage!!
 
WOW! I remember when you lost him! I'm so happy for you. He must have found a sprinkler nearby...any neighbors have grass??
 
Thank you jessica and Ashley :D I'm pretty sure he wasn't in my front yard for a very long time and then when we got our watering system fixed about a week ago, that's when he returned :)
