There's an unknown lump in mouth

Hi and welcome. Honestly I’ve no idea what those lumps are and your best course of action is a vet visit asap. Adding the list of chameleon-experienced vets for you. You may need to travel a bit for a good vet. Also, you say “he”, but it looks like you have a she.
I would like to see some pics of your enclosure, including lights. If whatever has caused the lumps is related to your husbandry, we can help with getting everything correct.
