I think my rudis has a respiratory infection.

The temp is about 75 to 80 not sure about humidity tho i do take the cage in the bathroom once a day and run the hot water for about 20 min for the steam

im not sure what the requirements for rudie are. i dont keep them.
but a ri is an ri, no matter the species.

so still needs a vet visit.

sorry. :(

heat could have been the issue which in hand most likely caused the RI. Definitely go to the vet cause its too late to do anything with out some anti-biotic. try and keep the basking area nice and hot like low 90's if you can. also at night try and prevent such a dramatic temp drop since your cham is sick. what i would do is temporarily use a ceramic bulb at night to keep them comfortable. from what i have learned, heat has everything to do with a chameleons immune system without a good strong heat source they will become prone to respiratory and other infection
