I currently own a male Veiled chameleon and the maintenance is easy. Keep on top of misting, supplementing during feeding, and cleaning the cage. Biggest thing you can do to make owning a cham easy is to learn as much as you can about their husbandry needs and setting up and enclosure before the animal is purchased.

Yes do the homework on both of them I believe valid is easier could be wrong make sure you have a lot of foliage and claiming vines be sure to make a dusting schedule and get the right bulbs to avoid MBD there is so much that goes into these animals it's amazing I never stop learning

Yes they sure are I have a maile valid now that he's hit a year he's wanting free range time so I'm going to be setting something up soon

I have pothos my mom gave me but is in poor health so when I get it back to health I will clone it be for putting it in the cage right now is a Hibiscus and fake vines

No not at all he's a year he will get up to 21 inches I believe

Just what's in the pot. I have not measured or put him on a scale but will be doing so this weekend took some pic of my set up I'm going to be building a new one that's bigger and put a lot more things in it

I have the same full-screen cage as @Michelle Maxwell and my Veiled loves it. You can get the vines at almost any herp store. My 10-month-old male is happy with 2 hanging fake plants stretching from across the cage, one tall real plant, a climbing stick, and 3/4 of his floor covered in moss(of course along with the heat lamp and uvb)
