I dont think. My baby is going to last much longer ive done all I can even a vet.. but they cant see her so. The most I can do right now is let her be... keep her comfy and stress free Pray for the best and. Let her go....

Really disappointed.
Ive fallen in love with these reptiles and plan on getting a panther in a couple of weeks :)
I just wish he could have met his sister....

What makes you think you're going to lose her? I haven't seen you post a help thread about anything except a hunger strike, what about filling out the Help Form in detail and letting us take a crack at seeing what could be done?

Ive filled one out and tried everything they said ive thought it was dehydration so I did the shower thing for a couple days ive tried different kinds of food I have a bin set up shes just refusing everything. So I checked the temps and humidity. They were perfect

The only thing I'm afraid of and its my fault.. is I didn't do my reaserch when I bought her and I didn't give her calcium when she was younger. But she isn't showing signs of mbd idk what to do...... the vet cant see her. They said the doc wwas out of town

aren't there any other vets besides that one? If not, would you be willing to drive even if it were hours away? Check the vet list by area or maybe someone will chime in and suggest a vet for you in your area or one that you might have to make the extra trip to get to.

How do I force feed

its difficult to not hurt them, maybe look ata few online vids of chameleon force feeding, normally whati do (sounds nasty) but grind up some crickets withcalcium powder, and put the mash (or bug juice) in a syringe, and you have to use your fore finger and thumb to (as gently ans you can) pull the gular skinf(bottom of the chin) downward just enough to getthe mouth open to apply the bug juice syringe..its hard to do,and most of the time they want to regurgitate it,but can keep some down, after 2 weeks theyare a lil better..good luck!!! :D

I tried and still nothing :'( I got some in her mouth but she just lays there

I find it easier to cover their nostrils to get them to open their mouth, then squeeze a little bit at a time in their mouth.

good luck!

:) How is she doing today? Can you post some new pics of her? It's best to try to feed in the morning so she can get warm and bask to help digest. It is Monday Try calling the vet and see who is covering the patients while he is gone. Tell them your situation and ask them to tell you what to do. He should have plans for his patients while he's out of town.

By the way. What does her poops look like now? this could tell if she is dehydrated.

She hasn't pooped in days. And shes laying down I don't want to bother her much or stress her out

I have to make an apt for next week idk if shes going to make it that long..... I'm not sure why but the vet isnt being a good vet. Ive tried calling everyone for rides... but noone can get off work.... I'm in a screwed up mess.. and my cham is the one who has to suffer...

Ive just gotta keep trying all I can
