I'm worried my cham has a burn

in that picture I noticed there are a couple dark spots on his casque. Do those look like burn marks to you guys? His basking spot is about 10 inches away from the lights and it doesn't get super hot up there. I'm really worried is he okay? He has been shedding but is almost done I believe

They don't look like burn marks to me. But if you're worried about it then move your light back a little bit or switch to a lower watt bulb
