Ok...I hate to be a Debby Downer but honestly I have concerns and I want you to turn you cham around. See picture below as for my concerns: 1) thin tale base 2) separation in forearm showing very thin
Ok...looking at your set up you really should have the UVB and the heat bulb focused on the same branch. What watt bulb do you have? It doesn't look like there is really a good place for her* to sit and bask therefore she won't eat like normal. Her eyes look good so I don't think its hydration, I think it is comfort and basking temps.
I honestly hate those thick vinyl screen cages for panthers, maybe they are ok for montains but panthers need more direct UVB...thats just my personal opinion. I think if you give her more branches left to right at the top of the cage and a more direct basking branch she will bounce back...if not...tough call.
