i used to have a veiled that would try to escape his cage and when you would try to put him back he would run up your arm.whenever you would open up the door you would have to be careful to not hit him with the door. he was the cutest little cham ever.

does any body know how often do they shed and is it normal for there mood to change when they shed and what if there poop is white sooo many questions sorry! thanks for your time

They shed as often as they need to Rosa, it depends on their rate of growth. young chams grow faster so shed more often.
Yes its normal for them to be moody and sometimes go off food for a while too, must be itchy and uncomfortable dont you think!
White poop, or rather the white component being white indicates the lizard is getting enough water, this good.
