ON his upper left arm its darkened like a greyish color. If it is a burn what do I do ? he doesn't appear to be in pain doesn't even flinch when I touch it .Also I'm confused about his coloration, I moved him from his 18 in cage to a 4 foot cage which has not been easy to warm up it was all wired mesh so I taped plastic to 3 sides and left the front one open I was worried cas when he was in his 18 in glass enclosure the basking temp would get to 95 degrees and he was always lime green since moving him to the bigger cage about 2 months ago he is always dark green unless his lights goes off and he sleeps or I take him out of his cage to hold him. his current basking temp is 85 never goes higher and its about 6 inches from the bulb which I use two 50 w reptile basking bulbs and another 25 w small halogen bulb on the other side I have another light that's a long tube light to let him know its daytime. I didn't think it was cold for him cas he goes all the way to the bottom of his cage thorugh out the day but him being dark green all the time confuses me.
is this a burn? :(

so for starters in the picture of him its difficult to see but his arm is discolored grey and I just noticed it today and it doesn't appear to be painful he doesn't flinch when I touch it either but it doesn't change color its just a grey spot ? the basking spot is at least 6 inches from two 50w bulbs in one fixture and anther 25w small halogen bulb in the other fixture the long tube bulb on the other side is for light to let him know its day time you can see all this in the pics.
Secondly I switched him from a 18 in glass enclosure with a 95 basking spot to a 4 foot wire mesh cage which I enclosed 3 of the 4 sides as you can see from the pics . he has been in his enclosure for 2 months but no matter what wattage I use the basking spot never goes past 85, but what worries me is when he was in his other enclosure he was always lime green now he is always a dark green unless he goes to sleep or I take him out of his cage those are the only times hes lime green again . but then I think maybe he is fine cause he will walk up and down his cage all day long if he was cold would he remain higher up ? and ive noticed he eats less I'm worried its cause he cant find his crickets, but he leaves behind meal worms, but he is also older now about 7 -8 months old this decline in eating started before when he was in his glass enclosure at about 5 months old . ok thanks guys!!

I could be wrong but I don't think that is a burn it's hard to see because the picture is a little blurry. Does he walk on the top of the cage? Even then I would think the lower half of the arm or feet would get burned if this is what happened. Yah not real sure what that is might want to have a qualified vet look at it especially if it seems to get any worse. Good luck

I agree that it looks like a burn. As far as the coloration, it's typical for them to stress a little when moved to a different enclosure, it's all new, usually a few days or even weeks. I would say that you should really get the cage off the ground. Being low to the ground stresses them as well, I would try and put it on top of a table. They like to be looking down on you, not looking up. If there's foot traffic around his cage, it's very scary for them if they're on the ground!

Looks like a burn to me, if it was a bruise/damage they turn the skin black.
