Just wondering if littlefoots poop is healthy...not sure he's drinking enough n I do better with a picture of what's healthy vs reading what it's supposed to look like so any input her will be great fully helpful
So usually the poop should not be more then 50% orange anything more then that could be a sign of dehydration.. It might be a bad poop so wait for a other one if it's still that orange color then your cham is dehydrated which should not be too hard to change. as for the urine chameleons do not release a liquid ruine but produce a so called “urate”, which consist of the salts of uric acid. When looking at the creamy white/ beige part of the poop it should not be dry but a creamy mass! Hoped this helped
Fecal and urate have a normal appearance. Although visual inspection does not mean healthy as in there could be a parasite issue but this is not visible to the eye. The only way you would know if the cham is clear of parasites is to have a fresh fecal sample tested by a vet.
