We got her/him from lllreptiles
Okay, you’ll want to find a reputable and experienced chameleon vet to take it to, along with bringing a fresh fecal sample with you and it to the appointment, as well as taking x-rays when there, too. LLL is known for selling unhealthy chameleons, sadly. After the appointment, you’ll want to drop off at least 2 more fresh fecal samples to the vet to make sure no parasites are missed

One more thing, if you want us to help make sure your husbandry is 100% accurate, we can check it if you’d be willing to fill out this form. Make sure to fill it out in as much detail detail as possible, including pics of its entire enclosure and lights:

Here is some recommended information to include when asking for help in the health clinic forum. By providing this information you will receive more accurate and beneficial responses. It might not be necessary to answer all these questions, but the more you provide the better. Please remember that even the most knowledgeable person can only guess at what your problem may be. Only an experienced reptile veterinarian who can directly examine your animal can give a true diagnosis of your chameleon's health.
