It's been a few years I'm back with a new pair of Jackson's

I adopted 2 Jackson's yesterday, I don't know the genus,

Supposedly the female is pregnant, she wants nothing to do with the male

The male has cricket bite scars I've been told by previous owner, and they have created a weird look from scar tissue build up, but he seems very healthy strong and easily handled

They have been housed together for over a year, they are both 1.5 years old,
I have a UVA UVB 65w bulb with lamp, a 4' tall cage by 2' on all sides wide

at this point I'm thinking of turning the cage sideways and creating a barrier to keep them apart,
I've owned mellers, carpet, flap necked, and veileds but it's been maybe 10 years since I had a chameleon. I've always wanted Jackson's and couldn't pass this deal up, 200$ for both and with cage and light and plants.

When I was a teen I used to write a lot of care sheets for all species and give them to websites Free.

Hi,
I don't know much about jacksons, but I'm sure someone will help you out soon. You should not keep them together! Especially if she is pregnant. Could you post pics of them?

If your wondering where the male is in the last pic he is on top of my head

Besides identifying the genus I don't really need any help, just introducing myself

I've been giving the male time in a shower with a plant to help with his shedding

I'll make a cage barrier today and later I'll make a seperate enclosure for her

keep us updated on them im interested in seeing if the female is Prego or not.

Separated with insulation,
I plan on getting another screen cage on top to enlarge the area

The old owners are experienced veil and panther breeders she is indeed pregnant I checked back, she is a lot more happy without the male in the cage

He even tried to mount her and hiss a few times in front of me
