Jackson chameleon potential mouth infection?

I am not sure if it is forsure a mouth infection, and I’m looking for advice or opinions before I have to take her to the vet. She is around 8 months old and has no problem eating or drinking.

I feel alternate crickets, meal worms, and super worms in her diet, she is in a cage without a humidifier, I put a small amount of repti calcium on her food around twice a week

Chameleon Info:

• Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
• Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
• Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
• Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
• Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
• Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
• History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:

• Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
• Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
• Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
• Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
• Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
• Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
• Location - Where are you geographically located?

If you zoom in on her cheek u can notice redness and extra skin almost.

Fill the form, it can be so many things and reason but from the picture

1)get the temperatures lower than that
1.1)fill the form
2)drop all your plastic plant in a garbage bag and change it for real plant (humidity keeper)
3)got a proper night drop
3.3)fill the form..
4)go with 12 hours of light 12 of darkness
5)raise the humidity during the night
6)dont forget to fill the form

This is probably right, since jackson god little pouch in the mouth natually filled with bacteria, when your husbandry is wrong, theses bacteria take over and this require medical assistance, so far this not look super bad but you need to act quick and be ready.. start to call some vet around your place and make yourself sure they know about chameleon, jacksons chameleons and temporal gland infection (if a vet fail to awnser to "what is a temporal gland infection".. then avoid this vet and call another.

I recently battled with a case of this with my Jacksons. His jaw was disfigured and swollen. In my case I noticed improvement using this in about a week, and it completely cleared up in about 3 weeks.

During this time, I also increased his vitamin supplementation, gave him way more access to natural UV and kept him on the higher end of his temperature range, all in attempts to boost his immune system response.
