My cham was eating fine.. Then one day he decided he didn't want to eat anything. He won't eat superworms or crickets?

Sometimes my jackson won't eat for a day or two, then out of nowhere he'll eat again. Are you cup feeding?

I actually have w semi deep lid that I put them on and he normally goes to the lid
