I can't tell, and I could be wrong, but in the last pic he almost looks dehydrated, so make sure he is getting plenty of water and you observe him drinking. Use a syringe and place the water into his mouth if you need to, his eyes almost look sunken in to me. I would also suggest Reptaid.

Can you post a couple more pictures that show the top of the head as well as the whole chameleon please?
