jappanese aralia

Hello i am new to this forum i just got a chameleon last week, since last week i got a new cage, its 24X24x48. I have fake plants in there untill i added a decent size jappanese aralia. What i was wondering was if anyone has used this plant in there enclosure, on the internet it says its non toxic to these guys but i wanted a second opinion from owners

it should be fine. Have you research on Aralia's requirement to thrive?
Is it compatible with chameleon's enclosure condition?
