Jarl x Val clutch 11-18-2013 / 12/9/2013 (kammerflage kreations)

I've had my Jarl X Val baby for 2 weeks now! He changes so much!

Yay!!! Another member of the awesome jarl x val baby club!!! Love your man! Looks a lot like my dude! Did you see cambechs?! He's completely different from ours!

The side ways pic always happens to me too. I figured out, If you turn your phone sideways and take the picture, even though it flips right side up on your phone, it stays sideways when you upload it.

Sorry about some of the pictures being upside down, I loaded them from my phone.

No worries. We are all excited to see how they all turn out. it is going to be a journey.

On a side note I thought I would post a picture of Godzuki setup. To show his castle.

Oh man JohnDoe! I'd love to have a set up like that! My three kids would not do well with it though. Maybe we can rig something similar up next year when my youngest is a little older! Godzuki is living like a king in a castle for sure! Does he come out and explore?! Here's mookie joes cage

Darn it my picture is sideways!

I have a ficus to put in front of his cage with vines that can go from cage to tree. Haven't used it yet. He's still pretty new to my home so I don't bother him to often. Although he has no problem what so ever hand feeding.

Well today was the first FreeRange experience and he came out no problem. I was actually surprised, but relieved he is definitely not scared.

You have had your mookie for longer than I have had mine. But hand feeding is a great step. Next its handling :D My kids do pretty good with it and they are all pretty little (4,3,1) but it took time. I think the ficus will work well when the time is right.

Mine are 7-5-2.... One girl two boys. My girl being the oldest. My two year old loves the chameleons, but unlike his older brother and sister, he doesn't understand you don't grab the chameleon, the chameleon grabs you. I'm definitely going to have a ridiculous outdoor cage for when the weather gets warm. I push a lot of water through my cages so it can get messy. My upstairs is basically all carpet, and downstairs all tile. So it's much easier to keep things clean down there. We decided to put the chams down stairs for a couple reasons. 1- less kid traffic. We get kinda crazy in the evenings. Wrestling, hide and go seek, just crazy. 2- the temps were not dropping enough upstairs. It's cold in Minnesota and we just moved from Oklahoma in January so we are SUPER cold. I'm pretty sure we keep our home way warmer then the average Minnesotan. That second reason alone is why they will probably never be upstairs. The basement has been converted into a really nice second floor but stays significantly cooler down there without a space heater. It's much easier to control the climate down there then upstairs.

We handle mookie joe from time to time. Not often though! He's still just so little compared to my Jackson!

The things we do for our chameleons lol. Its nice that your kids understand that my 1yr old loves the chameleon but wants to grab and squeeze it. She cries but she will understand when she gets older. Yea handling is a touchy area. It takes time but I like have our kids around the area during the day so he knows we are here. We eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in our dinning romm/cham room lol. Hopefully, he will be a good sport and like handling because I love when they chill on my shoulder and we go outside with the kids.

I wish I could have my chams upstairs! If we still lived in ok we could do it. Doesn't get near as cold there. I seen your update on Godzuki! He has changed colors again!! I love his new look!

Crappy phone pics are all I have until I get my lap top and figure out how to get my Nikon pics on here. I think it's a great picture! Look at that little fat belly! I love his colors!

Here's a "crappy phone pic" lol of mookie joe when my jackson got to close to him. That's the first time we've seen these colors. The yellow for sure!
