Hey so I was wondering if my cham has any signs of a respiratory infection. He's been opening his mouth a lot lately. I got a pic of him opening his mouth.

could be too hot in his cage-- what are his temps? have you heard any popping noises when he breathes? I don't see any saliva bubbles in his mouth which is a good sign but its hard to tell from the picture

If your cham is eating, moving around, drinking normally it does not have a respiratory infection. Many chams will gape like this when they are basking and your pic shows a cham directly under a basking lamp. Its a way to regulate their internal temperature. As you said in your other thread you don't have a great way to measure the temp now. Get a better thermometer so you'll know when it might be getting too hot.
