She's looking gorgeous! Just wait untill you see little babies, they are so adorable on K. tenuis!
I have a CD with a chameleon photo back-up somewhere, but this is what I found for now:
The female juvenile I fell in love with:
And her mom:
What an awesome little species. Gorgeous female Nicholas.
Nicholas,
I've always thought the female K. tenuis were prettier than the males (although I definitely like them as well). Most of the K. tenuis females I've had over the years, however, were much more green than blue. They all had some blue but most of the blue that your female exhibits was actually green in those animals. Here are a couple examples:
When I got the two females I sent to Cain (I believe this female is one of those two), I was shocked at how blue they were and hesitant about sending them to him because of how nice they were. You've definitely gotten a nice female to start your group with. Hope you are successful getting a group together and getting breeding activity. I think Ryan Jarosek is the only one in the US to have hatched this species.

Wow! The colours i have been seeing on these animals have a sort of 'electric' quality to them.
I love it!
You should see them in person, Steven!!! You are right about the electric quality they have to them. The girls I had seemed to radiate with blue hues!!!
I bet! I can only hope to one day have a chance to keep (or even see) one of these STUNNING creatures.
Well one day I do hope to be able to bring some nice specimens into Canada as I can probably just drive over the boarder due to the fact that I live in Minnesota! However the legalities of it would have to be figured out. I am currently going to be bringing about 10 F3 T. sternfeldi on my next trip to canada for a friend that is starting up a project that lives there. Maybe I'll be bringing tenuis up there one day!
