So I was looking on their site for a female panther. They are selling an Ambilobe that was an offspring from a sire and his daughter. I thought this was a big no no with chameleons. Any thoughts?

This is exactly what line breeding is.There is such a thing as inbreeding and linebreeding but this doesn't sound like linebreeding. I am pretty sure line breeding doesnt breed direct descendants but it also depends on the colors and marking you are trying to getresearched the negative affects of it in reptiles
I agree the wild caught ones look so much better I wish there were more CB ones that looked like them with the reds and whitesHow do you think true blue nosy be were created? There are none in the wild that look like the captive bred true blue. I personally think some of the best nosy be wild caught with some red and a little yellow in them are better looking. The same is true with some of the ambanja and ambilobe lines.
