Kidney Disease, first time, need help please

My adult jackson chameleon, after a vet visit, was discovered to have high phosphorous and likely kidney disease. I was recommended to give him 0.05 of Antiacids with aluminum hydroxied twice a day.

I just want advice, encouragement and help, as much as I can get. I have kept him allive this long without eating so I am sure I can make it through this, and so can, Tricky.

Any thoughts, advice, ideas?

I am glad that you took Tricky to Dr. Greek. I don't have any personal experience with kidney disease so all I can do is recommend that you follow Dr. Greek's orders. Hoping the best for you and Tricky.

I could not find Mylanta so I found Gaviscon, cherry flavor :/ that is all I could find.
