Lighting question

I have 2 dual t5 tropic blaze fixtures. 1 with a plant pro bulb and 12%arcadia uvb bulb. The other fixture has 2 6500k daylight bulbs. (And also a basking bulb). Can I shut down the daylight bulbs at mid day due to too much heat in the room? I know some stagger the lighting in their enclosures to come on/off as the day goes by.

the daylights only help the plants, the cham wont care as long as the UVB is up and the basking light is on all day.

Honestly if the air conditioning is off, once air temps reach the mid 80s or above, my crew starts hiding, and ill just turn off everything like 11-1pm to keep air temps at 85 or less.

Totally fine, or you could just turn off the basking lamp.
