Looking for Panther Chameleon in EU

I am asking you to share information with some online stores where can i get panther chameleon - in europe. I live in Latvia!
Seems that the only shop who does have them here does not know nothing about chameleons. Don't want to buy from them!
For how long they can stay in a shipping box?
How old should i look for?

If you can get to Hamm, Germany 13nd of march, there will be an opportunity. Terraristika Hamm, i believe it is Europes largest reptile expo.

I'd really love to go there, but I am due to deliver my first born son 24th of march, so don't think it will be the smartest idea

And there's the whole reptiles are illegal in Norway-horsecrap.
