Making with pvc

My sister's friend who I put the curse of chameleon love onto needs a larger cage soon for theirs, my dad helped me make Bojangle's, since my mom is afraid I'll cut a finger off when I've used saws 5x the size in woodshop at school for years... anyway that one was made out of wood, we're going to pickup some pvc to make hers out of, and I still have screen leftover from Bobo's cage. What size pvc is best, and does anyone have any good pvc cage designs for an adult Ambilobe Panther's cage? Also, how will I attach the screen to it?

I made mine out of pvc. It was such a long process. The screen was put in using zip ties. The door is made with velcro and mesh screen. The size of tubes I think is 2in

How many of what size would I need for a basic 2x2x4? I'm about to sketch it out so I can have a view.. I'm thinking upward having them in two pieces to be sturdier. How would I use the zipties, in the corners or?

How's this? With each piece being 2 feet.

That's my thread of the cage
Basically, I used the screen so it would fit on all sides and added about 2-3in so the screen could get tied with the pvc tubes.
Also remember that the connectors add space. It is much easier using the metric system. If not, it will take a lot more thinking.
There are about 10 zip ties on each side so the screen is tight.
On the top and bottom, I used 2 tubes across so that way, you can put the lights on top and the plants on the bottom.
