Male or Female?

4-5 month old panther. All pics are the same chameleon. Having a tough time figuring out gender. Thanks!

Thanks for the response but yes he is small for his age. Eats great and is otherwise healthy. I think he’s just a late bloomer

In the first picture, looks to me like a hemipenis is just visible, it is so small it's hard to tell for sure

yea looks pretty male to me, that bulge at the base of his tail will get larger over time so if it does you're looking at a male
