your chameleon needs a vet as soon as possible.
That is a very bad MBD. Even the joint on his front legs looked a bit funky to me.
So, make that appointment quick.
If you live in USA, here is a good link to find a practicing exotic vet nearby your area:
about two years ago my cham pistachio broke his back leg.. we took him to the vet and they tried to splint it to his tail, which put more strain on his other back leg which in turn broke his other back leg... so the vet splinted both legs kind of out to the side for mobility sake. In the midst of this he was given a liquid food supplement and a calcium shot, maybe two. I down sized his cage dramatically and tried to do all I could for him. He did have MBD, but once one leg is broken (or something)... do all you can - NOW. He didnt make it, I actually had him put down.. it was just unfair - poor guy.
The fastest way to correct MBD/calcium imbalance is if the vet gives your chameleon injections of calcium over a period of time followed by a shot of calcitonin when the blood calcium levels are high enough.
Until you can get to the vet you could give it liquid calcium (calcium gluconate or calcium sandoz) which is supposed to be more easy to absorb. You can buy it at a pharmacy (without a prescription).
All this is great advice. I just wanted to chime in and let you know hat your "He" appears to be a she as well. Females, I believe are a higher risk to MBD when they start producing eggs, and steps are not taken to prepare her for egg production.
i just wanted to add when my cham broke his leg he walked around fine, masking the problem or something. i would show a pic, but i deleted them all. every last one.
