Meet Hammy (I have picked my baby)

I had one little boy that was very scared and very shy. When his brothers and sisters beg to come out and play he would run and hide. I decided to keep this little boy. I didn't want him to go to somebody else that might just leave him in a cage to hide. I didn't want him to have a sad life so I'm keeping him. I've been working with him a little everyday and now he will just sit on my hand while I check email and the Chameleon Forums. He is really starting to come around.

Everyone meet my little Hammy. He was two months old today and he weighs 9 grams.

You sure you're only picking one?? :). There's still time to keep a couple more! :)

Hubby says only one and our small house is really full.

He is so darn cute...and I am sure he is starting to love being your special pick. Some thing tells me before long he will become quite the ham. (y);):D Lil Louie's Brother...I love him.

Thank you Cindy. He’s already coming around. A little one on one time works wonders.

Great choice! He's sure to be in the best hands! You certainly understand him. And I can't wait to get his sister home!

Thank you Michelle! They are all such little cuties. I’ll be sad to let them go but it makes it easier knowing they are going to good homes.

Welcome to the family Hammy! :) Can't wait to watch you grow up here on the forums!

Congrats Jann!

Thank you Micheal!

Welcome Hammy! You have no idea what a lucky little chameleon you are!
Jann, are you sure you’re not going to keep one of Hammy’s little sisters, also???

Deb

Thank you Deb! I really wish I could keep a girl. They are all so sweet but my husband said if I keep a girl then I have to let Hammy go. I do already have two girls, Lottie and Fiona and I only have one male veiled Amos so I really want a boy since I can only keep one.

Hammy is going to come out of his shell in no time. And who wants to take Vegas odds that Jann keeps a female? :D

Thank you for your comments Michelle. I’m really hoping some of you experienced keepers will step up and take some of my sweet little girls. I still have quite a few girls that need kind and loving homes.

I'm in...I will twist her arm Saturday.;)

See you Saturday!

Jannb you realize it was all an act, right? You were tricked into keeping him. He knows the best place to live and had no intention of leaving. Shame....one would assume YOU at least had the more obvious chammy manipulators figured out by now!

LOVE the name, Jann. Years ago I had a Flemish Giant rabbit, named Hamlet. We called him Hammy.
