Hello everyone. I am Memphis and I am about 3 months old (I think) Just moved into my new home and am settling in well.
Had a nice drink but not had any food yet even though it has been on offer. Temperature is good and have had a good walk around my viv getting to know my way around and have been hiding a little bit too. :)
I think he/she is about 3 months old and the body is 3" long.
I might have spotted spurs but I am not 100% sure. I will see if I can get a picture at some point.
Just really leering Memphis settle in after the trip home from the pet shop, don't think Memphis got to bothered by it which is good.
More pics to come very soon.

Oh, Memphis is beautiful, so tiny, how cute! It will be a wonderful thing to be able to watch him grow up, sounds like he's already a pretty chilled guy, it's nice to start off with a well adjusted animal.
Congratulations again and here's hoping for many years of joy with Memphis. :)

Still has not had anything to eat but yesterday there were 10 locusts in his viv and I can't see no where near 10 today. I would feel I lot better if I could just see him eat one myself to ease my mind but I guess he is still settling in and won't eat in front of me.

Maybe try some small crickets that are more active? And give him some privacy to hunt them?

Hard to tell, but Is your enclosure screened or glass? If screened, you can get small crickets to climb the sides and he can get them then. Otherwise you may need to make a feeding cup to see exactly how many feeders he's eating. He'll learn pretty quick where the food is

It's a glass viv and I have been reading up on cup feeding yesterday. That is my next job over the next couple of days, to get a cup located in the viv and picked up some tasty crickets. :)
I have seen him drink off off the leaves so that's good.
Thanks you for you input to this newbie cham keeper.

Sounds like Memphis is settling in very well, One of my chameleons ate a roach within minutes of being unboxed and the other ate very very little for 3 weeks when i first got him- must admit I was some what stressed! Guess they all deal with things differently but sounds like you are off to a great start- look out for some poop, then you really do know if he's eating when you aren't looking. :)

:) Have faith, he's had lots going on in his life lately, I'm sure he's doing great, I'm afraid I didn't get the photo link to work but sure he's growing into a handsome boy.

I am so happy right now. I have been away for the week, Monday to Friday so the wife had to look after Memphis and although we knew he was eating, by counting his food in and out while I was away the wife told me she had seen him eat.
Well this morning I have give him a good clean out and put 5 fresh locusts in and I have just seen him snatch up 2. Over the moon I have seen him actually eat now.

That is great to hear.:)

Well done- that's amazing progress in a short time. He's obviously feeling more at home.
My parsons was incredibly nervous and for three weeks I didn't really know if he was eating properly. He takes food from forceps now but to start off with I'd have to put the forceps and food near him and try and hide behind the edge of the viv or behind a pot plant or something- hands nearly cramping because of holding still and holding the forceps for 10 minutes. He's better now. It's all a very tense nerve wracking time with a new baby isnt it.
That's great news - have you noticed if he's grown much yet?

I was worried to at first as didn't see him eat and I thought he was eating only a couple a day, but now he is having between 8 and 12 a day, medium sized locust.
Haven't noticed much growth but I see him every day, but I am now away for work for 7 days so the wife is on duty. :)
I am sure I will notice growth when I get home next Friday.
