I found the manufacturer of the Meg Ray lights, they are actualy 20 mins from my house! Ithe website has some interesting info about the product they make, i hope it helps shed a lil light over the fear people have of these, please follow the link if you are interested.

westron makes it for Reptile uv, reptile UV simply markets them and sells them for profit. I found the link on reptileUVs facebook page.
