Hello all,
I have a brand new ultimate mist king I bought a week ago. I set it up last Tuesday, all worked fine until friday.
I had to resilicone the bottom of the cage, so I set the timer to OFF instead of auto to let me silicone.
The next day, once my silicone was set, I went to turn it back on, however, it will not let me scroll thru the options.
It currently shows, auto on top, however, to the side, it says OFF in caps. I tried holding the up and down arrow down for the time it states in order to reset it, and that doesnt do anything. If I press the button that normally allows you to program the time, mist times, time to mist etc, its as if you are not hitting it, nothing happens on the screen.
Has anyone run into this before?
