mistking water pressure down after running dry

the reservoir for my mistking pump ran out and it ran dry, it wasn’t working at all for a while but after holding it down for several minutes it started dripping and now finally it’s misting again, but just barely. i’ve tried running it for several minutes but the water pressure isn’t going up.
i’ve tried priming it before but i can’t disconnect the hose from any of the fittings no matter how hard i pull, and i don’t want to break it. has anyone had this problem? i don’t know what to do considering the water pressure just won’t go back to normal.

I've had the same problem too, and you'll have to forgive me, I am not the most handy person but I'll do what I can to help you figure it out while we wait for someone else to jump in here to advise.

What worked for me:

- Make sure reservoir is above your MistKing unit, I put blocks under my bucket, a phone book could work as well if you have one ;)
- To pull out the black tube from the MistKing pump you should be able to push the tube in (near the silver part) and then pull it out. Its like an in out sort of deal...not super helpful I know, I'm so sorry 🤣
- Once you get the tube out of the pump part, get lots of towels under the pump, turn it on. After a while water should start spraying out. This will help get water out of the system. After thats run for about a minute turn off the pump and reconnect the black tube.
- Turn on misting system again, after a few more minutes, the air should be out of the system and water should be coming out.

IF that does not work, you may need to replace your filter - what kind of water do you use in your reservior?

To disconnect all mist king parts you need to press in the tiny disc around the part at the connection point. Then at the same time pull out the tubing/part. If resistant, make sure you’re pushing disc in fully & try again. See pic

Yeah you have to bleed the line to pull all the air out. Do exactly what @MissSkittles said. if you run more than one nozzle you want to disconnect the line at that last nozzle to prime the system. You hold down the up arrow on it to get it to start running the pump. DO THIS OVER SOMETHING THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET WET! Trust me I made this mistake the first time I had to run mine and I literally splashed everything outside of the cage rather than holding it up to the screen top to pour inside the cage.
