the ingredients are pretty good....alot of good stuff to add to your gutloading...JMHO ask chad/ryan and SWimsWiss(steve) about it

I run all my drip and mist water through a brita filter. Supposed to be better and way cheaper then bottled water.

I bought some Cricket Crack because I'd read good things about it from other members and it has a great list of ingredients. I use it as a dry gutload in conjunction with fresh veggies and fruits. Just another option to offer to the crickets.
